Privacy Policy

AlgoTradeLog (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is operated from South Korea and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy is established and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act in order to protect users’ personal information and to promptly and smoothly address related complaints.
Article 1 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
The Site processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, will be implemented.
- Collection and management of email addresses for newsletter distribution
- Analysis of website usage status and service improvement
- Member management in the event membership services are provided in the future
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
Required items: Email address (when subscribing to the newsletter)
Automatically collected items: IP address, cookies, date and time of visit, browser type, operating system information, URL of accessed page

- Newsletter subscription information (email): until subscription is canceled
- Website access logs: 3 years (in accordance with the Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
As a general rule, the Site does not provide users’ personal information to third parties. However, exceptions apply where the user has given prior consent, where there are special provisions in law, or where it is unavoidable to comply with statutory obligations.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
For service operation, the Site entrusts web analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising services (Google AdSense) to Google LLC. Google’s Privacy Policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Article 11 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy shall apply from April 2, 2026. If there are any changes, we will notify users through a site announcement seven days prior to the effective date.
